What we collect

When you request an appointment or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle information, the services you request, any notes you add, and photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use your information only to schedule, perform, and follow up on the service you asked for — including appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, and service records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Text messages

Text messaging is optional. If you check the consent box on the booking form, we send only transactional messages about your appointment request, confirmation, scheduling changes, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out never affects your ability to book service. We do not send marketing texts, and mobile opt-in information is never shared or sold.

SMS Privacy

SMS Privacy: Aardvark Auto Armor uses mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information only to provide requested appointment communications, including request acknowledgments, confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, cancellations, and service updates. Message frequency varies, typically 1–6 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to communications service providers only as necessary to deliver the requested messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Photos and account data

Vehicle and service photos are stored privately. They are visible only to you and to Aardvark Auto Armor, and are served through short-lived, authenticated links.

Your choices

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information at any time by texting or emailing us. Deleting account data may remove your service history.
